Empowering Program Leaders to Employ Games and Activities for Growth.
We call them cooperative “games,” but only because the activities that participants learn transcend the social scripts of competition, hierarchy and one-upsmanship. Our games training sessions create small, temporary communities that model workable nonviolent models and provide safe places to practice cooperation and creative problem solving. Participants see a model that cultivates a climate of practical, meaningful respect and creative resolution to conflicts and tensions that are a natural part of human interaction.
Games are targeted to enhance specific skills:

  • Listening/Observing
  • Community Building and Problem Solving
  • Bias Reduction and Affirmation
